These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Parenwak AI platform and website at parenwak.com, operated by Parenwak AI Pty Ltd, Level 12, 45 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("Parenwak AI", "we" or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Access

Access to the Parenwak AI platform is granted by application only. Submitting a contact or access-request form does not guarantee access. Parenwak AI reserves the right to approve, decline or revoke access at its discretion. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Parenwak AI platform solely for the purposes described on the platform and in line with the access request you submitted. Permitted uses include submitting information for structured analysis, reviewing platform outputs and interacting with the user support function.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use the platform to:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful or misleading information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate the platform interface or automated processes
  • Share your access credentials with third parties
  • Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with its stated purpose
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt platform operations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software and platform interfaces associated with Parenwak AI are the intellectual property of Parenwak AI Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from platform content without prior written consent.

5. Platform Outputs

Outputs generated by the Parenwak AI platform are structured informational summaries based on submitted data. They are provided for review and organisational purposes only. Parenwak AI does not represent that platform outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for their own decisions based on platform outputs.

6. Availability

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not make representations about uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parenwak AI Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you for platform access in the preceding three months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
